Columbus Man Accused Of Recording People In A Bathroom

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County man is accused of secretly recording people in a home.

Charles Richard Dobbins, 50, is charged with one count of exploitation of a child and filming another person without permission for lustful purposes.

Lowndes County deputies started investigating the case last month.

Investigators say a recording device was found in the bathroom of the home.

Other electronic equipment was also seized at the home.

Dobbins is out of jail on a 50 thousand dollar bond.
