Easter Weekend

SATURDAY:  We’ll enjoy a mix of clouds and sun along with unseasonably warm highs in the mid 80s.  Southeasterly breezes between 10 and 15 mph will be more noticeable.  The best chance of a shower during day will be south of area in central and southern Mississippi.

EASTER SUNDAY: There is a 20% chance of an afternoon shower or storm but not everyone will get wet. Plan on highs in the low 80s.

MONDAY:  Rain chances go up to 40%. This may be the best day for widespread activity if we’re going to get it. Hope for the best because our area remains in need of rain. Cooler highs in the upper 70s to low 80s can be expected with more cloud cover in the region.

TUESDAY:  A few additional showers or storms are possible but rain chance is just 30%.  Highs return to the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY – THURSDAY:  A drier and warmer pattern returns.  Daytime highs may push 90° by Thursday!
