Video: Columbus Students Get Lessons On Literacy, Health, Kindness

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Elementary students in the Columbus Municipal School District are are finishing up a campaign that promotes literacy, good health, and kind deeds.

Since January, the students have read twenty-six books and completed twenty-six kind deeds. Thursday, they completed the final leg of their twenty-six mile run at the high school track.

Each student who completed the tasks received an award.
