Video: Relief Supplies Headed to Ukraine From Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Food, clothing, and medical supplies donated to a local charity are on the way to Ukraine from the Golden Triangle.

“Operation Ukraine” fills it warehouses with donations throughout the year, then sends the supplies to people in need all over the world.

This load will help the more than 3-million Ukrainians who are living in displacement camps.

After a delivery of food and clothing last year, aid workers asked for help with some specific items as well like dish soap and laundry detergent.

Operation Ukraine is a non-profit relief organization based in Columbus. It collects and distributes all over the world.
