Video: Benham Brothers Amazed At Pace Of Parkgate House Flip Project

TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – Consultants on a house flip that is also a fundraiser for a local pregnancy clinic say they are amazed at the progress in such a short amount of time.

Jason and David Benham are twin brothers who run successful businesses, and are also Christian authors and speakers.

The two visited a Tupelo home on West Jackson Street that was purchased by Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic.

That house is undergoing a major renovation, and will be sold, or “flipped” with all proceeds going to the Pregnancy Clinic.

The project is called “Mess to Masterpiece” and the Benhams say they are astounded with the work.

“One of the coolest things about this is the transformation from a mess to a masterpiece with this house and it’s symbolic of what happens with these mothers, sometimes they feel like they’re in a very difficult situation , then they have this baby , they get a support network around them through Parkgate and others that turns into a masterpeice,” said David Benham.

The Benhams are guest speakers at Parkgate’s annual banquet Tuesday evening at The Orchard Church in Tupelo.   Work on the house should be complete next month, then it will be listed for sale.
