NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) – New Albany police are searching for an apparent runaway teenager.

Investigators believe Amanda Dees, 17, packed up some clothes and left home out of a bedroom windown.

Officers were first notified early Sunday morning.

Investigators believe Dees was picked up by a black male driving a maroon and black car.
