Video: Child Dies In One-Car Crash

WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A 10-year-old girl dies from injuries in an accident in Winston County.

It happened shortly after 6:00pm Tuesday on Highway 490 near the Noxubee County line.

According to the highway patrol, a Ford Expedition driven by Jessica Daniel, 31, of Louisville left the road, re-entered the highway, and rolled.

Railee Daniel, 10, was sitting in the front seat. She was ejected from the SUV. The Noxubee County coroner pronounced her dead at the scene.

The driver, along with three children who were in the back seat, were taken to the Winston Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
