BREAKING- MSU Student Killed In Overnight Shooting

STARKVILLE (WCBI) – One person is dead in an overnight shooting in the Cotton District in Starkville.

Starkville Police are currently sorting through details of the crime and plan on releasing more information shortly . MSU Spokesman Sid Salter tells WCBI the victim is MSU Senior Marketing major Joseph Tillman of Schlater, Mississippi .  That is a Leflore County community near Greenwood Salter says the university is working with Starkville Police in the investigation.  Stay with WCBI and WCBI.com for latest .
