Video: Baptist Golden Triangle Receives National Recognition

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Patient Care is top priority at Baptist Golden Triangle, and Thursday they were honored for their efforts. The staff received the Mission Lifeline Gold Quality Achievement Award for improvements in treating patients who have suffered from severe heart attacks.

The Achievement Award is given to hospitals that perform quick and appropriate treatment of STEMI patients.

The hospital’s ambulance team was awarded the EMS Bronze Award for getting patients to the hospital in a timely and safely manner.
