Boil Water Notice Lifted In Oktibbeha County

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A company in Oktibbeha County lifted a boil water notice Friday.

Mildred Wade, president of the Trim Cane Water Association, says customers are no longer advised to boil their water. The association reported Sept. 23 that they discovered a leak and a loss of pressure.

The community is just north of Starkville.
