Columbus Fire Department Blood Drive

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – They save lives by running into burning buildings and by giving blood.

Columbus firefighters give the gift of life today at Leigh Mall.

Two CFD trucks were in the parking lot, along with the blood mobile.

United Blood Services teamed up the firemen for this afternoon’s event.

Donors were given a special patriotic T-shirt.

UBS supplies blood to Baptist Golden Triangle and all North Mississippi Medical Center hospitals.
