Video: ICC Eager for Showdown at No. 5 Northwest
FULTON, Miss. (WCBI/LetsGoICC.com) – The ICC football team moved up one spot to No. 10 in Monday’s National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Top 20 poll after defeating Hinds Community College 45-20 Thursday night in Raymond.
The Indians (2-0) are one of five Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) ranked in the poll.
Copiah-Lincoln Community College (2-0) moved up to No. 3, Northwest Mississippi Community College (2-0) took over the No. 5 spot, East Mississippi Community College (1-1) dropped from No. 12 to No. 14, while Jones County Junior College (2-0) jumped to No. 13 from No. 15.
Trinity Valley (TX) dropped out of the top spot and Snow (UT) takes over at No. 1. Butler (KS) takes over the No. 2 spot.
The Indians will travel to Senatobia to take on the No. 5 Rangers at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rangers are coming off a 31-14 win over Pearl River Community College last week.
