Video: New Albany Aldermen Eying Upgrades to Welcome Center

NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) – Union County is growing… boasting a new scenic byway and the Tanglefoot Trail.

Now, city and county leaders say it’s time for a facelift at the first place visitors turn for information.

Aldermen want Development Association Director Phil Nanney to develop a list of repairs and possible costs to the city’s welcome center.

The old post office also is home to the Development Association, tourism office and Main Street Association.
