Booneville Man Arrested On Charges Of Domestic Violence

PRENTISS CO., Miss. (WCBI) – A Booneville man is arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Prentiss County deputies responded to a disturbance on County Road 1361.

When they got there, the
victim told deputies that 45-year-old William Royal Roberts had strangled her during an argument.

Roberts was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence-Aggravated Assault (Strangulation).

His bond was set by a Prentiss County Justice Court Judge at $10,000 dollars.

Roberts remains in custody at this time.
