Mississippi Man Injured While Paragliding In Wyoming

JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) – A Mississippi man has been seriously injured after crashing while paragliding in Wyoming.

The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports (http://bit.ly/2afOUVC ) that officials say 25-year-old Davis Gray was left with serious leg, abdominal and back injuries after crashing on East Gros Ventre Butte on Sunday afternoon. Authorities say he is in serious but stable condition.

Gray is from Columbus, Mississippi. Sheriff Jim Whalen says Gray was apparently flying by himself and lacked experience.
