Tupelo Police Make Arrests in Sunday Shooting

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — Tupelo police have arrested two juveniles involved in a shooting Sunday night.

Investigators have charged them with discharging a firearm in the city limits.

The shooting stemmed from a fight just before 9 p.m. in the parking lot of J’s Mart convenience store on West Main Street.

Witnesses say the victims fled in a car and were chased by the suspects, who opened fire along Foster Street.

No one was hurt.
