Video: Aberdeen H.S. Band Invited to Prestigious Parade

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) – The Aberdeen High School band hopes to spend Thanksgiving in Chicago. The 125-member band has been invited to perform in the McDonald’s Thanksgiving Parade.

Only the most talented student performers from across the nation are invited to perform in the prestigious parade.

The group needs to raise $30, 000 to make the trip and they hope the community will help.

In addition to participating in the parade, band members will spend time taking in the sights of Chicago.
