Video: World Changers Making a Difference in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – They’re changing the world, one home at a time.

Nearly 100 students from across the U.S. And Canada are spending part of their Summer Vacation in Columbus trading in their swimsuits for work clothes.

The teens are members of a World Changers work team who spend their Summers renovating homes to make them more livable and efficient, and building relationships with the people they meet.

“World Changers are here in Columbus, because they want to show God’s Love to this city. These students are here. They want to work on these houses, and show God’s love in particular ways. We have students scraping and painting houses. A couple of wheel chair ramps have been built. A couple of porches, but they really want to show this city that God loves them.”
