Video: African-American History Exhibit To Be Displayed at MSU

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – An exhibit of African-American history at Mississippi State University promises facts you may not have learned in your high school history class.
“African-American Treasures: The Kinsey Collection” will be on display in the John Grisham room at Mitchell Memorial Library.
The exhibit includes more than seventy items like documents, books and art covering history from the early 1500’s to present.
The exhibit owners, Bernard and Shirley Kinsey of Los Angeles, will give a presentation and virtual tour Sunday at 3:00pm in the Bettersworth Auditorium in Lee Hall.
The exhibit will be on display in the John Grisham Room through June 20th.
