Search On For Escapee

STARKVILLE, MS (WCBI) – Starkville Police are looking for a Brooksville man who made a break for it while being arrested Saturday.

29 year old Andre Taylor was riding in a car Starkville officers pulled over Saturday. After talking with Taylor he was arrested and put in a squad car.  Officers then began searching the car Taylor was a passenger in. That’s when Taylor took off running.   He is now facing warrants for escape, possession of a stolen gun along with two drug charges.   Anyone with information is asked to call Golden Triangle Crimestoppers or Starkville Police.
