Video: Lowndes County “Spec” Building has new Tenant

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Empty buildings don’t stay that way very long in the Lowndes County Industrial Park.

Lowndes County’s spec building has a new tenant.

The facility was originally home to CalStar, but that company left last Fall, leaving the building temporarily vacant.

The Golden Triangle Development LINK announces today that PACCAR will take over the building to use as a distribution and warehouse facility to be managed by Comprehensive Logistics Incorporated.

The 100,000 square foot building is undergoing some renovations.

CLI will move in when those updates are complete.
