Macon Man Facing Felony Charges After Home Invasion

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) – A Macon man is facing charges in a Monday home invasion.

30-year-old Jamar Stallings was arrested Tuesday and charged with

home invasion, aggravated assault, and sexual battery.

Macon Police chief Lucious Mason says it happened Monday night around 11:30 at a home on Washington Street.

The female victim says she was attacked during a break-in and suffered injuries.

Evidence gathered at the scene helped lead police to Stallings.

He’s being held in the Noxubee County Adult Detention Center.

Bond has not been set.
