The legislation creates an entertainment district where people can carry alcoholic beverages from restaurant to restaurant.

” Just other opportunities where people can have more of a festival environment and really enjoy retail and restaurants longer into the evening with this ability.”
Before the city can establish an entertainment district, a safety plan must be put in place. The bill is now in the hands of Governor Phil Bryant.
