COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A scoring machine is ready to unload on the junior college circuit next year.

West Lowndes senior guard Alexis Neely made it official on Friday as she signed her letter of intent to continue her basketball career at Mississippi Delta Community College.

Neely averaged 24 points per game during her senior season with the Lady Panthers.

This past season, Neely helped lead West Lowndes to an appearance in the 1A State Tournament quarterfinals. The Lady Panthers enjoyed one of their best seasons in recent memory.
