Man Wanted in Huntsville Captured in Starkville

STARKVILLE, Miss. On March 15, 2016 the U.S. Marshal Service and the Starkville Police Department arrested Omar Martinez Balvas at Cedar Cove apartments in Starkville.

Balvas has outstanding felony warrants from Huntsville, AL Police Department issued October 22, 2015. The warrants are for one count of Rape and one count of Incest. Balvas is currently at the Oktibbeha County jail awaiting extradition.
