Video: Lowndes County 4-H Awards Banquet

Columbus, Mississippi (WCBI) – A number of Lowndes County kids were recognized for their work in 4-H.

The annual 4-H awards banquet, “4-H: Transforming the Next Generation,”  was held Tuesday evening at the Townsend Community Center in Columbus.

Leadership to livestock to shooting sports awards were given.

Morgan LeAnn Alexander was the guest speaker.

4-H is the youth development organization of Co-op extension services. 6 million youth nation-wide participate in 4-H.
