Video: Employers and Students Meet at MSU Career Days

MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY, Miss. (WCBI) -A 2 day event gives Mississippi State students and Alumni a chance to land that perfect job.

Over 150 employers from across the country participated in Spring Career Days.

The gathering gives them a chance to get an early look at the latest graduates headed into the work force, while job-seekers get a chance to see what career opportunities are available in their fields.

Organizers say the event benefits both groups, and gets students headed in the right direction to secure a job after graduation.

“The whole idea behind career day is to have an opportunity where students can interact with potential employers and more of an informal setting just to question and answer setting, so that’s what we try to do is to create that atmosphere each and every semester.”
