Miss Maggie’s Pecan Pie

This pecan pie recipe is handed down from the late grandmother of Criss’s wife, and it’s a family favorite.
Miss Maggie’s Pecan Pie
Ingredients
2 large eggs (or 3 small eggs)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 t. of vanilla
5 T. dark Karo syrup
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 frozen pie crust
Instructions
Mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla and Karo syrup. Then, add sugar and stir. Add chopped pecans and blend well. Pour mixture into frozen pie shell. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45- 50 minutes (or until pie does not shake).
