TUPELO, MISS. (WCBI) – Singing and dancing shepherds with sunglasses are just one of the many sights and sounds you will see at a production of Crosspointe Ministries in Tupelo this weekend.
It is called “He made a way in a manger” and features more than 100 people, singing, dancing and even a shadow drama, telling the Christmas story.
“We believe so strongly in what we’re doing that we have started practices in September, and Sundays and Wednesdays we have been practicing, grueling practices, really really long, but you know, we believe in the power of storytelling to communicate a message and we believe this message that we’re communicating is so important, we want to get it right,” said Director Kendra White.
Showtimes are Saturday night at 7 and Sunday morning at 9 and 11.
