Pontotoc woman facing charges after selling stolen artwork

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A Pontotoc woman is facing charges after Oxford investigators purchased stolen artwork from her.

Investigators arrested 40-year-old Ashley Turner Friday.

Police got a tip that she had the stolen items for sale on social media.

The investigation into the stolen artwork and other items continues. Turner may face additional charges.
