Video: CREATE Foundation Holds Annual Luncheon

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – The Tupelo High School Orchestra entertained hundreds at the annual meeting of the CREATE Foundation.

It was an opportunity for leaders of the non profit to give updates on projects CREATE has helped fund, and also to talk about future goals. The theme of the meeting was “heroes.”

“We have a lot of heroes, people who have stepped up to really make a difference in their communities and throughout the region, so we’re just thankful and pleased to be a partner with a lot of people that want to make their communities a better place to live.”

Among the awards given out were the McLean Award which went to the CC Clark Company and Michael and Julie Waldorf.

The CREATE Foundation serves a 17 county area in Northeast Mississippi.
