Video: Choctaw County Students Get A Dose of Reality

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) – Wednesday, students at Choctaw County High School had an opportunity to get a taste of the real world

The school partnered with Bancorp South to host a “Reality Fair.”

The fair is a financial literacy tool which gives students a chance to experience some of the financial challenges they will face when they start life on their own.
The event emphasizes the importance of students earning a good education, and shows how academic performance relates to an increase in salary base.

This is the school’s second year hosting the fair.
