EMCC Stays #1 in NJCAA Top 20
SCOOBA, Miss. (WCBI) — The national title defense of the EMCC Lions began with a victory on Saturday and with that continues to come the bulls-eye on the back.
The Lions stay #1 in the NJCAA Top 20 after defeating Pearl River 35-15 last Saturday.
EMCC received 7 of the 9 first place votes, while Butler CC out of Kansas received the other two.

The defending NJCAA National Champions are still dancing as #1.
The Lions will travel to Decatur to face East Central CC at 6:30pm on Thursday.
Other Mississippi schools ranked in the top 20: #4 Mississippi Gulf Coast, #5 Hinds, #12 Northwest.
