West Point Police Investigating Deadly Shooting

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — West Point police are investigating a deadly shooting.

Law enforcement confirmed with WCBI that one person was shot and killed at a local apartment complex on North Forest Street just before 7 p.m., Friday.

West Point Police Chief Tim Brinkley says the suspect is not in custody. His investigators are working the case.
