One Dead After Shooting in Attala County

ATTALA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Saturday afternoon shooting in Attala County leaves one man dead and another in critical condition.

Sheriff Tim Nail says, autorities were dispatched just before noon about a drive by shooting involving two vehicles along Attala Road that claimed the life 21 year old Christopher Graham and seriously injured 21 year old Derek Hannah who suffered two gunshot wounds.

Hannah was transported to The University Medical Center in Jackson.

Sheriff have 21 year old Markiteh Fleming in charged with murder.

Sheriff Nail says, a portion of Attala Road was shutdown for the investigation.

Attala County Sheriff’s Department along with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation are looking into the incident.
