Video: Safety and Fun Go Hand in Hand for Kindergarteners

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Safety first. That was the message to more than 500 kindergarten students in Starkville took home with them from the annual Safety Town.

The project is interactive. Local first responders teach the 5 year olds about safety and and staying healthy.

“It is so important for them to know how much our community cares about them today. We have 8 different categories of safety: police, fire, ambulance and kinder print where we take their finger print.”
