Video: Indictment Issued In Macon Murder

MACON, MS (WCBI) -The first indictments have been issued in connection with the March murder of a Macon store clerk.

SHUMAKER

24 year old Jonathan Shumaker faces a capital murder indictment for the deathof 28 year old Kristopher Haywood.   Haywood was shot to death while he was working at the Local Express station March 2nd.

Shumaker is the first of four people to be indicted in the case.  His girlfriend Elizabeth Reed along with brothers Justin and Joshua Williams have all been charged with capital murder in the death but so far no indictments have been served against that trio.
