Video: MBI Investigating Fatal Webster Co. Shooting

WEBSTER COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is looking into a deadly shooting in Webster County this weekend.

Sheriff Tim Mitchell tells WCBI it happened sometime after 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Clarkson Road.

Mitchell says they believe a father and son got into a fight, then the dad shot his son.

The son was sent to a Starkville hospital, where he later died.

No arrests have been made.

Officials are not releasing any names at this time.

Mitchell says the investigation has been turned over to the MBI.
