Video: MUW Hosts Culinary Camps

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- Some local children are cooking up big things this summer.

Mississippi University for Women is hosting a culinary camp for kids. Second to twelfth graders are learning to properly use and clean cooking utensils as well as how to bake, steam, saute and fry some of their favorite foods.

There are four weeks of camps with for different age groups. 

Cooking instructors hope campers will learn and have fun.
