Video: Ashland’s Angels Hold Fundraiser for Joyner Elementary

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — A Tupelo elementary school, damaged in last month’s tornado, receives donations from Ashland High students.

The group, “Ashland’s Angels,” held a fundraiser where students bought decorative leaves to place them on a tree at the school.

This morning, they gave $340 to Joyner Elementary.

Kindergarten teachers from Shannon Primary School also brought two hundred dollars from a fundraiser at their school.

The Shannon students paid a dollar to pie their teacher.
