Hamilton Man Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) — A Hamilton man is behind bars after a traffic stop in Monroe County.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Unit conducted a routine traffic stop on Highway 25 South.

After making contact with the driver, 36-year-old Hamilton resident Toby Rackley, agents discovered a controlled substance in his vehicle.

Rackley was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He is currently being held in the Monroe County Detention Center. Bond has not been set.
