Video: Woman Nearly Crashes into Columbus Dollar General

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — One man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a woman nearly crashed into a Dollar General.

The accident happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Dollar General on Alabama Street in Columbus.

Police tell WCBI the woman was pulling into a parking spot when she accidentally hit the gas, causing the car to hit a stack of sodas, and the front door.

Officers say the store only had minor damage.
