$40,000 in Penalties Issued for No-call Violators

Jackson, Miss. (WCBI) – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley released Tuesday that fines against Higher Impact, Inc and Diverse Solutions, LLC would total $40,000.

Mississippi based Diverse Solutions, LLC was fined $25,000, while Higher Impact, Inc, of Phoenix, Ariz., was fined $15,000.

Both businesses failed to register as telephone solicitors in the State of Mississippi.
