Tupelo Man Arrested on Cyberstalking Charges

TUPELO, Miss. – (PRESS RELEASE) On 10-20-13 the Tupelo Police Department arrested Carl Little for the crime of cyber stalking. Little is charged with repeatedly harassing and stalking a Tupelo resident through electronic communications.
