Such a nice start to the week

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Conditions overall will be really nice for most of the week. There will be a mid-week drop in temperatures though, so get the jackets ready. A chance for storms rests on the horizon.

MONDAY NIGHT: After a mostly clear day, clear conditions will be continuing tonight. Temperatures are going to be dropping into the middle 30s. The breeze will relax though, not making it feel too bad.

TUESDAY: Conditions will copy and paste from Monday. High temperatures will return to the low 60s. There will be a bit of a breeze again., as a cold front is expected to pass Tuesday afternoon.  The sky will be mostly clear, with a few possible light clouds Tuesday night in the most NE corner.

REST OF WEEK: Wednesday is expected to be the coldest day of the week. High temperatures will only reach into the low to middle 50s. Thursday morning will have temperatures in the upper 20s! Finishing off the week temperatures will gradually increase, heading towards 70 degrees by Saturday. A strong system looks to affect us Saturday night, potentially bringing stronger thunderstorms. Updates will be offered throughout the week as more models agree on conditions!
