WEBSTER COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – People who live in Webster County can now burn debris outdoors.

The Webster County Board of Supervisors has lifted the burn ban.

A severe drought in North Mississippi led to many counties like Webster imposing a ban earlier this fall.

Recent rain has helped and led supervisors to remove the ban.

Check with your county to make sure it is legal to burn outdoors where you live.
