Stolen car leads to arrest of Corinth woman at Iuka hotel

IUKA, Miss. (WCBI) – A stolen car led to the arrest of a woman at an Iuka hotel.

19-year-old Sarah Rast of Corinth was charged with receiving stolen property.

Tishomingo County deputies were called Tuesday about a possible stolen vehicle at Heritage Place Hotel.

Iuka police and Tishomingo deputies found the vehicle, which was reported stolen out of Olive Branch.

Investigators said Rast was arrested in a hotel room on the property.

Other charges were possible in the ongoing investigation.
