Monroe County law enforcement at active crime scene

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Monroe County deputies and Mississippi Highway Patrol is at an active crime scene on Buck Road in Aberdeen.

A body was found at a home on the road Friday morning.

At this time, Sheriff Cecil Cantrell said they’re not identifying the body, or how the person died.

However, the sheriff did say the body was found hidden in the backyard
