Arrest made in Aberdeen robbery
ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) – Aberdeen police have made an arrest involving the robbery of a barber shop Thursday night.
Investigators said Anthony Strong, 19, turned himself in.
Aberdeen police are continuing to look for a second suspect.
The barber who was robbed told WCBI he knew the suspects and they were clients of his.
Strong was one of two people who walked into the business on Hardy Street demanding money.
It happened around 7 p.m. on Thursday.
Aberdeen Acting Chief Quinell Shumpert said one of them struck the victim.
The suspects got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
