West Point police make drive-by shooting arrest
WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – West Point police made a drive-by shooting arrest on Christmas morning.
Dontrell Rogers, 18, of Starkville is charged with Drive-By Shooting and Simple Assault.
Police Chief Avery Cook said Rogers shot up a car. He did not release where the shooting happened or when.
Officers are still investigating the shooting and what led to the gunfire.
No one was injured in the drive-by.
As of Tuesday morning, Rogers remained in the Clay County jail.
